ADMISSIONS PROCESS

Contact us to receive an information packet or schedule a tour. We’re excited to welcome you!
2. Eligibility
Kindergarten applicants must be 5 by September 30. All students need to meet age and readiness requirements.
3. Apply Online
Submit your application with these documents:

Birth certificate
-
Most recent report card (Grades 1–8)
-
Transcript plus last 2 years’ report cards (Grades 9–12)
-
Standardized test scores (e.g., Stanford, Iowa)
-
Academic records release form
-
IEP or special education documents (if applicable)
4. Testing & Interview
Schedule placement testing with our office. Part of the interview process involves a pastoral recommendation; placement testing and interviews will not be conducted until the recommendation has been submitted. Secondary students will also have a brief interview with an administrator. We will then reach out to discuss results and placement details.
5. Final Enrollment
Complete the online enrollment form, set up your payment plan via FACTS, and upload:

TCS accepts elementary students whose parents are willing to support our statement of faith and who share the mission and purpose of the school.
Secondary students must demonstrate a pattern of seeking and following after Jesus Christ; of faithful attendance at a gospel-preaching church; and a desire to attend TCS, cheerfully supporting its policies and statement of faith. A pastoral recommendation is required as part of the secondary enrollment process.
Students or families unwilling to ascribe to the work of the gospel, a biblical worldview, and faithful church attendance, will not align with the mission and goals of the school and therefore will not be able to attend TCS.
